DEPOSIT - PREPAYMENT : You will be charged a one night prepayment 2 days before arrival

The Hostal reserves the right to charge a one-night deposit for reservations received with a stay of 4 or more nights. This deposit will be covered for the free cancellation period and will be refunded if the client cancels the reservation up to 2 days before the arrival date

Group reservations of more than 3 rooms have special conditions: The first night will be charged as a deposit on the day the reservation is confirmed. If the group cancel the booking the deposit will not be returned

Taxes and other charges: VAT and Tourist City Tax are included in room price

CANCELLATION : You may cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. You will be charged the cost of the first night if you cancel in the 2 days before arrival or if you don't show up

PAYMENT METHODS : Cash, VISA and Mastercard payments are accepted

American Express (AMEX) payments are not allowed

CHECK IN : After 15:00. It's allowed to leave luggage at Hostal premises before check in time

CHECKOUT : Limit time to leave the room in the checkout day is 11:30. It's allowed to leave luggage at Hostal premises after checkout time

CHILDREN : Children under 7 years old are not accepted in the hotel. No cot service

The Hostal don't have quadruple or familiar rooms

The Hostal does not offer breakfast and meals services. No pets allowed

Smoke and drugs are forbidden in all the Hostal Levante premises, under complaint to the competent authority

Hostal Levante reception desk is open 24 hours

Towels and bed linen included in room price. Hear dryer & kettle available to the clients in the room
